Entrepreneurs / family offices who are looking for liquidity against their illiquid assets (tangible/intangible) such as real estate, private company shares, machinery, receivables to name a few.

Sector Focus:

Marwari Capital is sector agnostic. Our team has expertise in liquidity solutions for aviation, jumbo real estate, private companies and private shares.

Capital Providers:

Family Offices, Private Investors, and Alternative Investment institutions. Flexibility is critical, so our capital providers must have the ability to customize loan durations, repayment schedules, and collateral sources.

Loan Structure:

Each client needs a customized structure. Some prefer regular interest, while others are ready to offer growth participation. Scenarios ranging from growth equity, traditional debt financing, joint-venture partnerships and any other creative solution can all be evaluated.

Loan Size:

Our clients are normally seeking loans between $5M – $100M in financing

Timeframe for Receipt of Funds:

From initial consultation to receipt of funds, the process takes between 1-4 months. We typically do not pursue a mandate that will take longer than 120 days for receipt of funds.

Manish Co-Founded Marwari Capital in 2023 and is responsible for all key aspects of the lending platform, including sourcing, financial modeling analysis, and transaction execution.

With 20 years of financial services experience, Industry awarded him as 40 Under 40 top Investment professionals as well as Top 100 Corporate Finance Professionals.

For the past decade, Manish has been working with global family offices to help them allocate into alternate assets. He is a regular speaker and invitee to panels (on emerging markets) at family office conferences (likes of Opal, Elite Summit etc) having participated in Monaco, Geneva, London, Oklahoma, Frankfurt, Latvia, and Mumbai.

Mr. Singla is the founder of Investination India, a leading podcast evaluating macroeconomic conditions and investment opportunities across South Asia.

Sam Co-Founded Marwari Capital in 2023 and is responsible for all key aspects of the lending platform, including sourcing, financial modeling analysis, and transaction execution.

Previously, Sam was a senior member of Royal Caribbean’s Corporate Finance & Sales group, overseeing more than 1,000 team members. He was an Associate at KLH Capital, a middle market private equity firm, where he led mergers & acquisitions and organic growth initiatives.

Sam is a volunteer with Suncoast High School, college test preparation in Palm Beach, Florida and the Chicago Public Education Fund.

Amit is a Managing Director at Marwari Capital and is responsible for interest rate analysis and financial modeling.

Prior to joining Marwari Capital, he served as Director of Goldman Sachs Corporate Derivatives division in Chicago. Amit started his professional career at Bank of America, where he was an Associate and Vice President in the Investment Banking technology group.

Amit is a volunteer with Teach for America, and was a teacher in the Philadelphia region from 2007-08.

Mathu is a Business Analyst and is responsible for financial research and diligence on new opportunities.

Ms. Mohan began her career as a Process Analyst at RRD Go Creative, where she analyzed work data to develop strategies for streamlining corporate processes. Mathu later worked as a Project Leader at Ageas Federal Life Insurance, where she utilized her Engineering background to lead technical projects related to IT process improvements and developing operational procedures for new contracts.

Mathu volunteers with E Square Academy and various Animal Welfare non-profit organizations. She helped to organize and launch the IFFT Badminton Tournament, representing one of the largest decathlon events in Kerala, India.

Praise joined Marwari Capital as a Business Analyst in 2023, and is responsible for business development and deal originations. He is currently a Finance major at Cleveland State’s Ahuja College of Business.

Mr. Mutamba has helped lead the fundraising campaign for HairSmart Inc, an early start-up in the product development industry. During this time, he developed the marketing strategic plan, managed vendor relationships, and monitored fundraising campaign KPI’s and budgets.

Praise is a certified personal trainer in the fitness industry, and an avid rugby player. He is an active member with Global InterVarsity’s mission journeys at Cleveland State University.

Vijay Goel has expertise in advising clients on matters relating to corporate law, laws relating to joint ventures and foreign collaborations. He also specializes in real estate transactions and has completed some major real estate transactions in India. He has extensive experience in advising on private equity funds for investment in India and has worked with American and Indian companies for their listing on AIM, London. He has also assisted Indian companies to acquire companies in the UK. Vijay has worked on a deal, where his client, a Government of India Company, provided approximately USD 500 million to Reliance for their power project.

Niklas Gerigk joined Marwari Capital in an advisory role, and is responsible for investment analysis on European based opportunities. He currently owns his own Real Estate company, W&G Immobilien GmbH, based in Dusseldorf, Germany. Mr. Gerigk started his career in retail banking at Volksbank an der Niers in Germany and later transitioned into commercial real estate finance at UniCredit Bank AG. During his tenure at UniCredit, Niklas was responsible for project financings between €10 and €150 million. He currently holds a senior finance position for Luna GmbH, a German startup for digital self-storage solutions.
